Covid19 Shipping Announcement

In the USA we have taken safety measures due to concerns around COVID-19 to help protect employees processing online shop orders. While it might take a little longer to get your order shipped, we are doing our best to deliver your order by the expected delivery date.

For shipments in Europe, delivery companies currently estimate longer than usual delivery times and communicate delays of up to 5 days. Fully quarantined areas may expect further delays.
Regarding shipping deliveries, there will only be one delivery attempt made by the carriers currently. After this attempt, the shipment will be returned to the sender unless your closest pickup station is a pharmacy, gas station or supermarket. Only then, collection after a failed delivery will be possible.
Due to Covid19 countering measures, our LomoLab is currently running in emergency mode. As of further notice we can only process C-41. This means B&W and Slide developments are being collected, but will only be processed once the Lab is back and working at full steam (as of now, we do not have a confirmed date). Film currently on the way will be collected on a weekly basis for later development. Please still expect considerable delays for development, scanning and prints.

If you select Express Shipping Importation tax has to be handled on your own (Importing tax 5-30% up to product category + Vat 7% and TNT fee 450 Baht). If you select Drop Shipping your order will be delivered by Thailand Post(EMS) and you will not be charged additional import tax. For drop shipping you must not exceed 5 pcs per order (exc bundle items). Larger orders will be cancelled with 10 USD charge.
