Return Policy

Returns:
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your new Lomographic products, you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Please Contact Us for a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your items. Should any items or their packaging be returned incomplete or damaged, a standard 15% repackaging and refurbishing fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for all return service shipping and handling costs.


If we shipped you the wrong item:
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event that an error is made, we will be happy to correct it at no additional shipping cost to you. Please Contact Us for instructions on how to go about returning the item.


Damaged Goods:
If an item arrives damaged, please immediately Contact Us for instructions on how to proceed with an exchange or replacement.


Warranty Information

Beyond our 14-day return period, Lomography also provides a limited warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects. All cameras have a warranty of one year (with proof of purchase) against manufacturer defects, except the LOMO LC-A+, Diana F+, and Horizon cameras, which have a warranty of two years. These warranties do not cover accidental damage or loss, and are not valid if purchased from an unauthorized reseller.

If you experience an issue with a camera that is still under warranty, please Contact Us for a return authorization number and instructions on how to send in your item for inspection.


Privacy Policy

At Lomography, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. In order to use the Online Shop, we ask that you supply us with your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number, credit card expiration date, card verification number (CVN) and your telephone number (This is in case our shipping partner needs to contact you; either because of issues with the delivery or to arrange a delivery time).

This information is solely used to process your orders, and will only be communicated to shippers and other third parties when necessary to complete those orders. Wholesale/Purchasing Limits

Lomography reserves the right to refuse online business with customers acting as commercial resellers. Europe and the Rest of the World wholesale inquiries should be addressed to sales@lomography.com or sales@lomographyasia.com. USA wholesale inquiries should be addressed to Sales-USA@lomography.com. In order to ensure that there is enough quantity available for all of our customers, we reserve the right to limit the amount of one particular camera model that can be purchased by an individual.
