Shipping and Delivery - Lomography Shop

Depending on where your order is shipped to, the following approximate delivery times will apply:

Europe

All orders shipped by DHL Air, DHL Road or GLS.
Payment by Credit Card or Paypal: 2 - 10 business days.
Payment by Cash on Delivery: 7 - 10 days.

USA

All orders shipped by UPS Ground: 5 - 10 business days.

Rest of the World:

All orders shipped by UPS: 3 - 10 business days
All orders shipped by UPS Ground: 5 - 10 business days

The above delivery times are approximate. International shipments can be subject to delays at customs. For all problems or enquiries, please Contact Us. We will respond to all inquiries within the next business day.

All orders are handled by UPS, DHL or GLS. Orders within the United States will be shipped from Brooklyn, New York (with the exception of select website-only items - which are shipped from Vienna, Austria). Orders from Asia, Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand are Shipped from Hong Kong. All other orders are fulfilled from Vienna, Austria. For shipping rates, please refer to the table below. You will also see a summary of all shipping charges before you submit your order online. 

Please note that the Cash on Delivery service is only available within the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. All orders will be charged EUR 20 (in addition to the standard shipping charge) for COD service.

If you would like to avoid the COD charge, and do not have a credit card, then sign up for Paypal (www.paypal.com) to directly debit funds from your bank account. It's easy, fast, and secure.

The following shipping costs will be added to your order:

European Union (except Portugal):

Orders up to EUR 199.99: shipping costs EUR 12
Orders from EUR 200: will be shipped FREE.
COD (Cash on Delivery) service will cost an additional EUR 20 (20 EUR will also be charged for orders over 200 EUR)

Portugal and Rest of Europe:

Orders up to EUR 99.99: shipping costs EUR 15.
Orders from EUR 100 to EUR 199.99: shipping costs EUR 10.
COD service for orders up to EUR 199.99 is an additional EUR 20. (outside the EU, COD service only available in Switzerland)
Orders of EUR 200+ will be shipped FREE
Please note that import duties for countries not belonging to the European Union MAY be charged separately by your local customs authority. Depends if they check the consignment or not.

USA (Contiguous 48 States):

Orders up to USD 199.99: shipping costs USD 8
Orders from USD 200: will be shipped FREE
Please note that customers form New York state will be charged an additional sales tax of 8.375% as all orders are shipped directly from NYC

Alaska, Hawaii, GU, PR, VI, and A.P.O:

Orders up to USD 199.99: shipping costs USD 15.
Orders from USD 200: will be shipped FREE

Canada:

Orders up to USD 199.99: shipping costs USD 20
Orders from USD 200: will be shipped FREE

Please note that the import duties may be charged separately. If the item is undelivered or refused, shipping charges will not be refunded.
