IT WAS JUST A DREAM Sometimes, it's difficult to split your love two ways. On one hand, we are awestruck by the distorted and all-seeing majesty of Fisheye. On the other, the powerful color saturation and contrast of the Lomo LC-A has gripped our hearts and minds for well over a decade. Choosing between the two was a truly heart-wrenching dilemma. Surely, you've felt this as well.
NO COMPROMISES The days of wringing your hands, squinting your eyes, and choosing between the amazing Fisheye view or the dazzling Lomo sensation have come to a grinding halt. This tiny knight in shining titanium armor has come galloping to your rescue! Attaching to your LC-A via the same magnetic mount as your beloved Tunnelvision lens, the LC-A Fisheye Adaptor effectively explodes your view yielding an approximate 170-degree semi-circular image on a standard print.
KEEPING THE FAITH Japanese lenses are famous for transmitting neutral light, and the LC-A Fisheye Adaptor is no exception. Given the brilliance of the Lomo Minitar 1 lens, the last thing you want is a big hunk of glass to dull down the colors and contrast. Happily, you can forget that concern. The LC-A Fisheye Adaptor's premium multi-coated glass transmits clear light while cutting down on internal reflections thereby yielding that full-on Lomo picture punch n' swagger that we all love.
IT'S SO EASY The LC-A Fisheye Adaptor attaches via a small magnetic mounting ring. This ring mounts semi-permanently onto your Lomo and allows you to easily pop the lens on or off as desired. A small braided leash keeps your lens safe in case a heavy shake should knock it off the camera. Might as well forget about that viewfinder, as your new Fisheye-enabled Lomo will see everything in front, on top, and around your head. Of course, Fisheye Lomo shots can still be developed at any photolab, supermarket, or mom n' pop shop in your neighborhood. |
