Returns

If you are unsatisfied, in any way, with your new Lomographic products you can return them, in unused and saleable condition, in the original packaging within 14 days after you received the shipment for a full refund. You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return.

1. Put the unused item(s) back in the original box. The invoice or receipt must accompany the return.
2. Please contact lomocustomerservice@lomography.com for a return authorisation of your purchase. This is absolutely necessary for correct processing of your return.
3. After receipt of a return authorisation, return the item to us via the carrier of your choice to the Lomographic office that handled your order.

If your return is a result of our error (e.g. you were shipped an incorrect item or colour), the appropriate return shipping cost will be refunded. Customer service must first be contacted in order to receive return authorisation. After receiving your message, we will instruct you as to which carrier to use. You will be responsible for the initial payment of return shipping. Upon receiving your returned item, lomography.com will verify our error and refund the appropriate return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, immediately contact us for a return authorisation. Lomography.com will reimburse you for return shipping charges only on items which contain manufacturer defects, and only provided that they are returned within our 14-day window. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item. The damaged item and invoice must accompany the return in order for us to process an exchange. Please also include a note stating the product's defect.
Customer service will instruct you as to what carrier to use for the return, and to which Lomographic office to which it should be sent.

You are responsible for initial payment of the return shipping cost. Upon receiving your returned item, lomography.com will verify its condition and replace the item if our terms of guarantee apply. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the item(s) arrive back to us in the original packaging and the original condition. If your return is determined to be a result of a manufacturer defect, the appropriate shipping cost will be refunded.

Warranties

Beyond our 14-day return period, Lomography also provides standard warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects.

• Europe & Rest of the World: Standard warranty of 24 months for all items shipped by Lomography International.
• USA: Standard warranty of 12 months for all items shipped by Lomography USA.
• Lomography Asia/Pacific: Standard warranty of 12 months on all items shipped by Lomography Asia/Pacific. 24 months warranty on all Diana products.

As with a standard return, products under warranty should be sent back to Lomography by following the instructions below:

1. Put the item(s) back in the original box, if available. The invoice or receipt must accompany the return.
2. Please contact us for a return authorisation of your purchase. This is absolutely necessary for correct processing of your return.
3. Send it back to us by the carrier of your choice to the Lomographic office that handled your order. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping cost. Lomography.com will not reimburse return shipping charges on any damaged items after 14 days from the day of purchase.

The Lomographische AG reserves the right to refuse online business with costumers acting as commercial resellers. Wholesale inquiries should be addressed to our Wholesales team. In order to ensure that there is enough quantity available for all of our customers, we reserve the right to limit the amount of one particular camera model that can be purchased by an individual.
